CRAs are all ‘career’ CRAs, ie they have committed and are not looking for a step up the corporate ladder.
CRAs, all mature, come from a variety of backgrounds including oncology & cardiology research nursing, general nursing, data management and science; in Eastern Europe they are all MDs (some MD PhD).
CRAs are all native to their country.
